Just bought my first 20oz tire repair set for my Jeep. Great customer service. Ordered on line. Thanks update needed a hose order that too called to just confirm the correct one great customer service also order online. I will add some photos later.

My wife bought me the workhorse tire inflator last year for Christmas. Only used it a handful of times and the hose started leaking. I decided to contact PowerTank using their warranty page. The next morning Steve emailed me asked if I wanted to send it in or he could send me a replacement hose. The replacement hose is already in the mail and scheduled to be here tomorrow. No questions asked. It is rare to find a company these days with such great customer service.

I don’t leave reviews very often but when I come across the company that actually goes the extra mile and cares about customer service I feel like I need to.

I had no experience previously with this product or even anything similar, so I called in with some real newbie/dumb questions before placing my order. I was greeted with a very friendly and helpful associate named Antonio. he helped me sort out exactly what I needed for my application and got ready to place my order.

So often today when you place an order online, you feel like it just goes off into the ether. Not with these guys! I got immediate communication regarding my order and its shipping. I received my order very promptly and everything was in order except for missing one small part.

Now this is where I feel the difference is really made. I contacted Antonio to let him know about the missing part and went above and beyond to make sure that I got what I needed.

The bottom line is this company just plain cares. It is rare to see these days, but is truly appreciated!! After the sales support makes me very comfortable with this company. The product was all very high-quality and the service was even higher.

I encountered an issue with main knob leaking on the tank. Called the crew right from the trailhead and they tried to rectify the issue over the phone, as it turned out it wasn’t something that I could fix out there. Later on I stopped by at their site and they fix my power tank in a matter of hour and I was good to go!

Amazing communication, supply chain issues affect everyone and it's how you relay that to your customers that's important. Tyler and his team were amazing. When the product showed up the Bronco mount kit fit perfect and was of amazing quality. My other powertank is 16 yrs old and is mounted on my RZR. Get thundered in the bush and never fails me.
