I have gone to PostalAnnex a few times to drop off Amazon returns which is a quick in and out. But today I actually needed to ship a big box personally and was clueless. I knew PostalAnnex offered to ship through multiple carriers so I took my chances there. Sarah assisted me, and it was such a fresh of breath air to receive great customer service. She was extremely thorough, walked me through the entire process, and helped me select the best carrier for my package.
