Rented a box last week. My door code had not been activated 7 days later. The staff did not deliver the package sent from Amazon, instead they opened it and the contents of the delivery. I do not trust this business, they molested the first delivery from a known source. I would hate for something important to go missing.

The reply to this criticism is untrue. There was very clearly PMB with the mail box number on the package!

staff was nice, but i showed up at literally 4:06 to do a live scan and they stop at 4 apparently. so driving 30 minutes for no reason was a bit of a bummer

This is an excellent alternative to the post office. I like that their magic system compares rates (UPS, USPS, etc.). I only use this business to ship packages, but I’ve never been disappointed. I’ve had obscure and specific questions, and they’re knowledgeable and helpful. I’ll go here before the PO anytime. They even rent PO boxes, and though I don’t use this service, I see people coming to check theirs often. I also haven’t used the notary but am happy to have a place to go when I need one.

By far the best mailing and package store in Chico. Mailing, Packaging, Copies, Fax. They can store all your addresses if you want them to. So you don't have to remember them every time you go back. They also print out your address labels. So efficient, and friendly. Not nearly as costly as other places I've seen. I don't really go to the Post office anymore I just go there
