I shipped to UPS through this approved carrier and the UPS drivers never received my package even though the store manager says he delivered the package to them, he doesn't show me proof that he did deliver my package and when you enter the my package's tracking number says it is still in their store and was never delivered, the manager is rude, arrogant and never wants to give his boss's number and tells me he will not be responsible for my package. I'll have to take this issue to a larger scale since they don't want to respond.

You’re lying to me. You received my package; you sold me the box and the bag and packed them yourself. Your boss never called me despite asking for my number; I never spoke to her. You saw the contents of my package because you packed it yourself and you saw that it was something of great value. When I call UPS, they tell me you are responsible because the driver never received my package. UPS says you need to have a record of the driver’s name and be able to prove that you delivered the package, but you have no proof. This will make things worse. Tell your boss to face up to it because you don’t know how to resolve this.

The sign on the door says open at 10am on a Saturday. It’s 10:21 and no one is home, the lights are off and the door is locked. Four people have walked to the door in the time that it has taken me to write this review.

Bad services. Won’t accept the Amazon return items, until I showed the label from ups and he still want me charge for one page that need to print to shipping to Amazon. Crazy store

I visited here not knowing which way was the best way to send my package, between cost and delivery time. This place is great! It takes the guess work and research out. Based on your package weight, dimensions, and destination; the computer will give you the best available rate between all of the carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, & DHL). If you want to know details on specific carriers for that package (guaranteed delivery date, included insurance, etc) they can easily give you that with one click of the button. Plus they have lots of useful and interesting items available in their store. Anything from ornate custom cut keys to office supplies, to packing supplies, and they have PO boxes available to rent. It's a convenient one-stop-postal-shop!

Dropping a return from Gap, which is free. And after the guy in the counter tell me you need a bag and he uses the bag he tell me is 5$. Sending back the package is free but a 1cent plastic bag is 5$.. go tu usps facility

Amazing service! I had a package that had been rerouted to this location. The staff was extremely helpful and even called me when the package arrived. J highly recommend this location when shipping or receiving items.
