I recently visited Postal Mart, and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The post office is independently owned by Glenn, who truly makes a difference in the community. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help. Glenn is knowledgeable and takes the time to answer any questions you may have, which is a rarity in larger, busier post offices.

The atmosphere inside is calm and welcoming, and he is friendly and efficient. Whether you're there to mail a package or just need some quick advice on shipping options, you can count on Glenn to make the process smooth and stress-free.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! You may recall the old car commercial for Cal Worthington Ford when they say, "Go See Cal!" Well, in this case, GO SEE GLENN! Glenn is the proprietor of the Postal Mart, which is located right behind Trader Joe's. If you want attentive service, Go See Glenn! If you want a knowledgeable, friendly, caring, considerate person to help you, Go See Glenn! You will never see Glenn grumpy as he just doesn't have that gene in his body. Glenn should run the post office! You'd get great service! In fact, he should run everything! Thank you so much for being your courteous and caring self! I'll be back! I have been a customer of this postal mart location for 10+years and I have never been so pleased to know Glen has taken ownership. Glen has a great business sense, is patient and kind with all the diverse customers who come into his store and he knows each of them ny name. This is the best mailing experience in the entire world. Seriously amazing above and beyond service. They will help you with anything you need. If you need to mail something and aren’t sure what’s the best option just bring in the item and he will help you package everything and get it off. Or if it’s a drop off no problem! This is customer service at its absolute best!

Owner is really friendly best place to go too when you need to ship out more than 3 packages doesn’t charge after a certain amount. Also if you just want to hangout and chat he’s super chill to do that as well. lol 😂

Glenn went WAY over & above to help us get an over-sized package to Hawaii. We were so frustrated and Glenn just lifted that weight off of our shoulders! No need to go to the post office ever again!
