Found this branch on google. Liked the reviews. I went to the address and was pleasantly surprised: a polite human attitude towards the client, assistance in registration and excellent recommendations and advice, speed of dispatch, pleasant pricing and discounts. The owner himself will pack the parcel in the best way and will give all the necessary advice on sending and receiving. Many thanks to Jacob for such an attitude to each client. I recommend.

Surprisingly low rates for overseas shipment. Great hospitality and understanding of human factor - SF traffic. Thank you for waiting.

I have been a client of this business ever since it opened, back when it was across the street. (Before they opened I used The UPS Store, which is much farther away, on Irving near Funston.) I rent a box there and have everything I order shipped there. I live in an apartment a couple of blocks away; this way I know all my shipments are safe from thieves, and will be held securely for me when I'm out of town. The owners are very helpful, especially with my larger packages, since I am a disabled Veteran.

Left package with printed prepaid label for Macy's return items to be picked up and transported by United Parcel 15 minutes before 4:00 standard pickup time near end of October, 2018. Wife was the only one there. Label weight was incorrect, but Macy's stated United Parcel would correct the weight and bill them accordingly.

Box disappeared. Contacted United Parcel several times, box wasn't there on table or floor, they never picked it up. Tracking number was never scanned in. Items were not ever returned to Macy's. Box disappeared within minutes of being left, no other customers entered or left the premises. (I had a long wait for the N-Judah LRV at the nearby stop, so know that for a fact.) Total loss for me.

Advised Macy's, UPS, and local police. Called Postal Depot several times, spoke with husband. Told him I'd be advising BBB and police, no concern whatsoever. No resolution, correction. Discussion very abrupt, almost rude.

Have experienced delays in pickup on return items left there previously of 2 or 3 days, but they always eventually were picked up. This was the first time a box totally disappeared and never was picked up by carrier, but as stated, weight provided by Macy's was wrong and they wouldn't correct it.

Note: Boxes are not scanned in when left off, so customer has no proof they ever left a box off. Business is a prime opportunity for theft. (Had a prior bad experience when again wife only one there - she charged me over $5.00 for a one page very short fax and cover sheet I HAD to get sent. Relative it was being sent for was a witness. Conclusion: Very shady operation, will never go in there again. They run a crooked operation there - they've ripped me off twice.

I thought I was doing the right thing by supporting a local business, I was wrong. They just charged me $94 for 20 medium uhaul boxes and a large box of bubble wrap. Both those exact same items come to less than $50 total on uhaul's website.

They helped me overnight ship a really important package to my daughter in New Jersey. I can't say enough how grateful I am for the advice that they gave me to make sure that this happened.
