No complaints with the customer service. I do wish people weren't allowed to just come in and copy a bunch of papers. The young man that works there tried his best to get me a shipping label and make copies for the other guy at the same time, which irritated me a bit. I know it wasn't his fault as it seems like he was the only person that works there but still. Other than that he was extremely kind and apologetic.

But dont go right when they punctuality doesnt seem to be one of their srengths.
15 minutes after opening time and still nothing. Feel i will be looking for another location for my needs.

Extremely horrid people. They had the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The 16 year old running the shop refused to give my Fiance our package that contained stuff that belonged to her. I gave them copies of my Drivers Licence and hers. I called UPS and asked that they speak with her. Even after UPS instructing the store to give her the package they still refused. They went against corporate UPS policies to do this. I will never use Postal Boxes Etc, or recommend them to anyone for their USPS,UPS or FedEx needs.

Nice little shop to pick up many different sized boxes. Usually have the odd sizes in stock. Staff is always nice. Thanks!!

Friendly and convenient place to ship and pay your bill. They have 2 usps pick up time . one's in the morning and another in the afternoon.
