Wonderful staff, but a bit disappointed because the pricing for the live scan was misleading. I was overcharged; paid $109 when other places charge between $60-80 total.

Post N' More used to be great, with friendly customer service and reliable, but it has gone significantly down hill in the past year or so. About 1/3 of the time when I visit during store hours, there's a sign or a Post-It on the door, saying "We'll be right back." I've waited as long as 45 minutes for someone to open the door. As a person who is on the road most of the time, it's very important that I'm able to access my mailbox during business hours. I don't have time to return over and over again or wait around. Beyond that, notary services are no longer available. I have been with Post N' More for about a decade, but I'm planning to close my box and switch to another provider.

The new male associate shouldn't be anywhere near a courier.

He arrived 15 minutes late to open the shop, with multiple people waiting. When assisting with an international shipment order was not remotely familiar with International postal codes (red flag…should have walked out) including UK, and was about to send the parcel to Namibia if I hadn't asked twice to review. He was completely oblivious to what duty and tax charges are or the wherewithall to be able to communicate transparency around true total or estimate which all other post can now do. Due to a clerical error on his end overvaluing the package we are now dealing with a package in limbo within the UK and a 500+ pound tax charge for the recipient. I wish there was a way to demand back the $140 USD that I provided to this shop +DHL for a package that is ultimately delayed and being returned to sender. What a complete disaster. If you need them to collect your mail or something extremely basic, you may be fine, but for intl or remotely sensitive parcels absolutely steer clear.

I called twice in two days to try and confirm the hours a notary was available, only to be asked “please hold” and left on hold for over 10 minutes before I hung up each time. Decided to take the risk of showing up in person, which was silly of me, because of course, despite the large sign outside that says notary, a small taped sign in the window said no notary available. Very frustrating.

Sharon went WAY above and beyond, I'm not going to tell you what she did because I don't want other people trying it, but I will say I'm going to make this my go to store for everything, they're a notary, they have mailboxes, they do shipping, they do everything, they're a one stop shop. I can't thank them enough, they're the best.

I asked them to help me send some vintage wine glasses to Burbank, California. Ritika personally packed each glass extremely carefully, as if they were her own. She was pleasant and professional and very conscientious. The price was very reasonable and she chose an appropriately sized box. This was my first time at this place and I will be back.

Stopped here to get some passport photos taken. 2 passport size photos for $10+tax. There is a small bathroom with a mirror in case you need to make some last minute any hair or make up adjustments. An employee took two pictures and let me choose which one I liked better and then printed the photos for me. The whole process only took about 5-10 minutes and was very quick and easy. You can have the photos cut into 2x2 squares or they can give you the whole sheet.

The owner was very welcoming and friendly--he even gave me a Madeline cookie to take home as I was leaving! Another customer was leaving as I walked in and he had offered her some candy and cookies too. I'll definitely be back if I need any shipping services (you can drop off packages here and ship them) or if I need more passport photos.

I have nothing but love for Post N More. They were so helpful to me when I moved to Menlo Park from NYC and needed a mailbox. Rithika always remembers me when I go back, even though I closed my box several months ago and only had it open for a few months. I've also gone to Post N More for mailing and notary services. Every interaction I've had there has been pleasant, fast, and easy. I can't recommend them enough.
