Stay away from the African American senior at the car line up as she is kind of rude and does not say “thank you” and “please”, she says “how many?”, “pull up!” “name?” “ID!?” “YOU just came here, it’s only 1 time per month!” (OK, I didn’t know and we run out of food so I went to the lined up again by the end of the month but seems that I did the lined up at the begging of the month but I forgot I guess? man, I got told by this woman in a condescending manner to leave the line and it made me feel like crap, she could have been kind and that’s it). Anyways, the items they give you are expired or about to be expired. Lots of unhealthy food with lots of preservatives and sugar. The good food will cover you maybe 2-3 days and the rest is simply fillers of a nice meal and by fillers I mean lettuce or carrots/onions, tea etc. There is NO much eggs if any. Don’t get me wrong, it’s good to have this option but I wish we could get healthy food for our kids but beggars can’t be choosers. The whole food industry needs to change for the better. It’s all preservatives and sugar so be careful what you put in your body.

Waiting outside of the food bank for 10 minutes before some one came out and asked if I was walking or had a car then told me I need to get in the car line which I didn't know by that time the car line was giant and I had to wait in line all over again. Many people were walking past the door and didn't say any anything while I was waiting. I told the check in person that I was standing there for a while and she said "no you weren't" and "the line won't take long" it took over an hour. Very rude for a place promoting community wellness

Drive through food boxes. We went here to grab some extra food because grocery prices are atrocious. Moved quickly. Quite a nice selection of decent stuff. I was surprised.

I received food box today that was delivered by NW Impact. Actually, it was two boxes of wonderful food that I was able to share with my neighbors. This time of month especially, when folks are anxiously awaiting snap benefits and payday, lots are hungry, and despite health issues such as heart disease and diabetes, need to depend on the he foods that contain high salt, sugar, carbs, and fat We are so grateful to receive your gifts of fresh fruits and vegetables.Just wanted you to know how much you are needed and appreciated.
