They were great. We received multiple notifications, which allowed us ample time to prepare for the delivery. The gentleman who delivered our furniture were very helpful and informative, and took the time to demonstrate how it worked. Very pleased!

If I could give this business no stars I would. Absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever had. While setting up the delivery I told the representative that they were delivering to a business and it would need to be during our open business hours. We settled on Saturday from 8:00AM-12:00. The day before I received an email stating that my delivery time would be Saturday from 1:00PM-5:00pm. I called and told them the office was closed during that time. They told me that it was the only time they could be there. I made arrangements and hired someone to sit at the office and wait for the delivery. At 4:30 that afternoon I received a phone call saying that they would not be there at 5:00 pm. I asked if they could deliver the furniture next week and was told no it would be FEBRUARY. They finally arrived at 8:00pm. AGAIN the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Your premier nightmare delivery service! The nightmare started 10/4/24 as we were awaiting for the delivery of our very expensive custom walnut dining table & chairs. We received a text from the dispatcher the day before (10/3/24) to inform us that the delivery was scheduled between 4pm-8pm and that the delivery team would reach out prior to arrival. I got a call from dispatcher around 5:30pm stating they were running behind schedule. I waited up until 11pm that evening (10/4/24) with no communication as to the status of the delivery or otherwise. Needless to say they failed to deliver that day. I called the dispatcher at 8am the following day (10/5/24) to find out status of the delivery and was told that they would deliver this day between 5pm-6pm with no explanation as to what happened the evening before. I waited up until 9pm for the delivery which never occurred and again with no communication from the delivery team. The next day I awoke to find a text from the dispatcher sent the night before at 9:24pm apologizing for the lack of communication from the delivery team and also informed me that the truck had engine trouble late that same evening which caused a major delay. He then went on to say that the truck ran into issues again that morning (10/5/24) causing it to not start up and as a result was towed back to Houston. We were told they would re-evaluate and provide an update Monday (10/7/24). Urban Natural- the company we ordered the furniture through, notified us Monday (10/7/24) that one of the chairs was damaged beyond repair and that it would be replaced and shipped to us once ready. Point to Point reached out explaining that the delivery would be rescheduled to Thursday (10/10/24) with a new delivery crew. We finally received our table & chairs which we have waited 3 months for that Thursday around 5:30pm only to find that one of the cushions on a chair was damaged and had to be replaced in addition to the other chair which was damaged beyond repair. It goes without saying that we will never use this delivery service ever again. Worst delivery experience of my life!!
