Very easy company to use and the convenience of the Pod unit was great for me while I was renovating my house.So convenient for my needs. if you'd like to be disrespected and ignored as a woman, use Pods. The end point driver flat out refused to speak to me. Just stood there blankly staring at me, refusing to address my concerns about the placement of the container and just blocked it up with bricks and rocks from the yard. He did not call or text on his way and this interfered with the timing of the help I had scheduled. 3 more feet and the container would have been flat in the driveway. He did not use the protective mats to prevent damage to the lawn. It was almost like he was trying to do a shit job and I just had to live with it. Also, no one from pods responded when I contacted them about his performance and how unhappy I was. Crickets... They already had my money. Try Pack Rats, or Zippy Shell, or U-Pack, or anything else. I paid way too much for this service. Especially such rude service.

Kytryck Robinson, the PODS delivery driver, was a very polite and accommodating young man. He was also very skilled at his job. It was amazing to watch him maneuver and place two 16' PODS into a small space with such ease and expertise.

They were excellent. Probably really a 4.7 that I round up. The reason is bc they showed up at 7:45 am to pick up but where schedule for 8:15 am as the earliest. Luckily, someone was at the warehouse or this rating may have been much, much lower.

So easy & convenient. I know exactly when my container was delivered & picked up. I could edit the dates too from my PODS account. The drivers always communicated when they were about to deliver & pick up the containers.

With full-service movers, I had a bad experience where I didn't even receive my belongings until 2 mos later, but not with PODS. Because everything just went smoothly & timely with PODS! I'd recommend PODS to anybody, especially if they wanna move cross country, or even for storage.

Had never used pods. Chris Justice was my delivery guy. Delivered two large pods and pinpointed where I needed them. Great job!!

Terrible company. Overpriced as hell, forced me to fill out stuff online only to tell me I had to call to get my quote finalized. Spent 20 minutes on the phone just to get a price that's too expensive. Now I get 10+ spam calls a day because this pile of trash company sold my info. Thanks a lot. Go play tag with a bus.
