Wonderful service! I dropped off a labeled package and after I left I realized my label was wrong. Oh no. I needed to add some options… they are always so friendly but never had my own oopsy… they helped to fix it and made my day so much easier! Saved me an hour and still got my package out same day! I paid almost $50 to send a regular letter 2 day. I went in on a Wednesday and it was to be delivered Friday at 11 am. It was delivered alright, 6 days later. I really needed it to be delivered by Friday, If I had known that, I would have just bought a stamp and used regular mail. We talked to Denise, and someone was “supposed” to call us back about being reimbursed for it not being delivered when it was supposed to, THEY didn’t call, so we called them back, but because it “wasn’t an 8 am delivery, they wouldn’t do it”. Poor service.

I don't usually leave reviews but my printer's been down the last couple days and I've had the pleasure to be able to do business with this place and I tell you that they're good people. They're friendly and professional and more than willing to help. They really go the extra mile to make sure you're taken care of and that means a lot to me. I'm kind of glad my printer isn't working because it's a lot easier and a pleasure getting to see these folks every morning.

I've always had good experiences with the PMS center. If possible I will go there for all packaging and mailing services. The last time i was in, the female employee asked about something that had been going on the last time I was there. I was astounded she'd remembered.
Today my son mailed his first package. I tried to call to give him instructions (you need packing material in the box and ship the cheapest method). Well his phone was dead, so I called the store. I explained everything and the gentleman said ok, got it. I'll take care of him when he gets there. And I trust that he did. He could've easily gotten this kid to pay whatever, but he had integrity to treat him right.
I will even pay a little more to support a local business that offers quality, personable, and trustworthy customer service.

I went in to print and mail some important documents and these guys were helpful and friendly. When I left I realized I put the wrong address on one of the envelopes. I called them and they took care of it immediately with no problem. I’ll be using them again and you should too! Thanks guys!

An absolutely fantastic business!! Outstanding service, Owner Operated, Clean and safe location! I just had the most wonderful experience at this location. There fees for copies are about HALF the cost of any UPS locations and the customer service is outstanding!!

I will visit this location every time I’m in need of their services and I’m in the area!!
