Plush Transportation is awesome. Our driver Matt and the whole team took such great care of us!

The cars were nice, clean, and comfortable with all the child restraints ready to go. Matt was punctual, friendly, helpful, hospitable and great at keeping us updated via text on his status.

Our return flight was as complicated as it gets: the plane took off, flew for 2 hours, had electrical issues, turned around, landed in a different airport, got delayed, then cancelled, and finally took off the following day using a flight number that another plane was using at the same time (with a different arrival time). Plush tracked it all, worked through the confusion, keeping us updated on what they were seeing and when/where they'd pick us up. Even though the schedule kept changing, they made sure they had cars to pick us up, and got us home safely and comfortably.

Excellent service and communication. Received email and text days prior to pick up with driver contact information. Received phone call day of confirming pick up. Driver (Greg) was on time (a few minutes early actually) and Got us to our destination safely and on time. Driver was very personable and professional. All communication and service has been excellent. Will definitely use and recommend in the future.
