Highly recommend Playground Warehouse. James was super helpful and responsive from our first inquiry. We sent some basic measurements and he provided a list of options and recommendations. It was easy to select one the worked from us and James customized for the best fit and experience. Total time was a couple weeks. Installation service was great. Took them a couple hours to install. Worked fast and highly professional. Kid is already enjoying the play set daily. 5 stars

James took his time explaining things to me, emailing me sketch on what would look like at the house. Very Very patient. I tend to ask a lot of questions. We even took a grand child over to test it out to figure which height set we wanted. Installer was very very good as well, we placed ours on a putting green that we don't use, he centered it and adjusted it to be level ........ just an awesome overall experience....

I ordered the playground set during the pandemic and as a result there were delays in shipping but Playground Warehouse kept me abreast of the situation. Bought a display playhouse which was discounted. Scheduled the delivery and installation (included in the price)when I was ready for it. The installer was there on time, knew what they were doing. Installed some toy accessories which we had purchased. Those needed some additional wood to be installed correctly, which they had brought. It was completely installed in a short amount of time. The installers were great.
