Pitney Bowes does not accept phone calls. you can get a call back in 3-27 days but they are 100% unreachable by phone. i am trying to renew my lease for equipment that they indicated will no longer be useful per the USPS. i have been working on it since September 19, 2023. as of this minute- still not resolved. i think i am going to leave their equipment on the street for the next 24 months. i have logged more than 60 actual hours of trying to work with them. if you choose to do business with this horrible company, please be warned they suck

Abominable company for shipping. I've used their services for mailing (in the form of a meter machine) and while the machine was not the worst I've used but was far from the best. Customer service however is terrible regardless of what end you go with. "We are a commerce company for third party shipping companies, we don't provide any shipping services" is what the representative told me. Yet- tracking information clearly states Pitney Bowes in possession (for 3 weeks this time, last time it was 9 weeks, and another time it was over 6 weeks) before handoff to usps. Or other third party shipper. Customer service refuses to give any information past what their website already gives with a tracking number, which clearly isn't what you're calling in for. The company is the one that has to call in for more info, yet the company you order for can't get anymore info (mine tried). Either my things are sitting in a partially full shipment container until they decide it's full enough to ship (I live in a major metro area) or they lost it, damaged it, or stole it and won't ship it. Criminals.

Wish I could give 0 stars considering I never got my package. It came to my house, and it was reported no number available. Even tho I've never had issues with packages. And then it disappeared. Horrible place.

This is a partner company used by a retailer I purchase from regularly. Every single order has taken a MINIMUM of 2 weeks to arrive. My most recent order was shipped from Indiana to LA, which took 6 days, after it say for 4 days at the facility in Indiana. So we're up to 10 days. According to the tracking info it's going to take 7 days to get from LA to Phoenix. Really? 17 days to ship something? I got a package that was shipped from India in less time. This is not on USPS, this is solely on Pitney Bowes

Stay away as far as you can!!! I think their people deliver packages on skateboards or they walk across the country! My package was sent from Las Vegas on February 1st, where spent 6 days, than was transferred to LA where spent another 6 days. On February 12 left California and God only knows where is it! 15 days isn't enough for this company to deliver package from Las Vegas to Phoenix!!! It's a joke! Can you imagine if you're waiting for something really important? Pure joke!!!

I am very disgusted with their customer service ability. I just spoke to two person with Less than five minute neither one of them trying to help me the first person gave me a fake phone number and he was just trying to get rid of me and a voiding answering any questions and the second person was just rude hang up on my face that’s a shame of how to treat a customer, they don’t even deserve that one star rating….this is the worst experience in my life ever that I have spoken to a customer service.
Absolutely the worst company that I came across.

USPS take my package, I get a tracking number, package goes missing after leaving a Tucson PO on it's way to Phx sorting facility. USPS cannot find the package and then asks me to start calling the PO that took the package. What's the point of having a tracking number if you cannot track items every step of the way. USPS system doesn't even flag items if they don't step through the system as expected, it's basically up to you to keep an eye on things and to figure things out. USPS services are really crappy these days and are in need of a serious overhaul. No wonder is on edge of bankruptcy. I guess USPS can only handle flat envelopes, but if you have a package of any kind you are better off using FedEx, UPS, or DHL. And oh, almost forgot, I had another package (same size) stuck in a CA sorting facility for about 1wk before it was moved over to the local PO about 12 miles away!
