Very small just like their truck entrance sign. They blow the leaves away from the pumps but not clean all the crap off the pumps or the excess crap in the islands. What a joke. Not even enough room to pull up after fueling to get something inside

We pulled in to scale and someone was parked in front of the scale and no where to be found. Employee informed my husband that according to their guidelines they will not ask anyone to move after 21:00. This is ridiculous. I guess everyone feel free to block entrance and pumps after 21:00 because they don’t need the business after 21:00.

Parking and fuel lanes for big trucks is a horribly laid out and there are very few spots. If one person is out of line, it makes it complex for any other trucker.
Bathrooms weren’t clean. There were lots of cleaning supplies under the sink in the women’s bathroom. I had a toddler with me and thankfully I was watching that she wouldn’t touch the chemicals.
When we walked in, the female employee was telling a story to the male coworker and she used quite a handful of curse words, which I did not appreciate my children overhearing.
The store is fairly small inside. Don’t expect to find much.
They do have showers but they are not operating due to lack of hot water.

Very small Pilot. The employees were nice and the restrooms were clean but if you're driving thru Dublin you'd be better off stopping at Friendly Gus or Loves.

Small, only about 6 parking dirty and had to wait 1hr just to get the shower clean. No one was in front of me in lane. Just waiting to get it clean. . . .

Closely spaced automotive pumps, no separate RV fuel island. If you're in an RV or towing a trailer, it's a challenge to maneuver here. Also if someone is at the pump in front you, you may have to wait till they're done to be able to leave. Not the greatest access. A bit time consuming.
