Shipment arrived on time, my 14 foot paddle board was undamaged when I picked it up. The buzzer at the front wasn't working, so had to call the main number where I was directed to walk into the warehouse where I collected the board. It was packaged very well for transport which is most likely why it survived without incident.

I could rate zero stars I would. Their delivery team took a chunk out of my counter top and over a month later I get an email saying they talked to “the granddaughter” and “the granddaughter” said the damage was preexisting. THERE IS NO GRANDDAUGHTER. I can not believe this straight up lie!! I am furious!!

Order from Bestbuy. They called ahead to say they were running about half an hour early and confirm the earlier time.

Two guys, very polite and efficient.

I’d noted in the delivery instructions that there was no elevator, which surprised them, but they just brought out proper lifting straps and got it up the stairs with no fuss, dings from rails, etc. Best delivery experience I’ve had at this address for large/heavy items.

I’ll note that there seems to be a consistent failure with detailed delivery instructions actually making it to the people doing the delivery, with every big box store/freight contractor pair I’ve experienced. This was the first time it was handled professionally, no grumbling, and with appropriate tools.

I ordered a home gym from Wal-Mart and as the delivery date neared, I grew more and more anxious with anticipation. The morning of my delivery I started reading reviews many of which spelled out horror stories of late deliveries, damaged goods, and hours on the phone spent on hold.

About an hour after my delivery window had passed, i started tio get nervous. I called and was asked to hold, within a few minutes, they had contacted the driver and updated me on when they would arrive. I was on the call for five minutes tops.

I got my delivery a little late but intact and the driver and his assistant were quite professional and helpful. I can't speak to the experiences of others, but they get 5 stars from me!

Worst delivery experience EVER! They did not show up on the scheduled delivery date, they showed up the following day. BUT, I was not home so their office called and we rescheduled for Tuesday of the following week. They show up on Monday and of course I’m not home (hence the reason I scheduled it for Tuesday). Do they call me or reach out in any way? Nope, dude leaves it in my driveway. It was supposed to be delivered into my house and I was required to sign for it. The box, which I cannot move because it’s too large/heavy, is also badly damaged. No way the item isn’t damaged. I paid way too much money for this to be damaged and left out in my driveway! Seriously worst delivery EVER!!!!

I purchased a Miele washer unit from ABT in Chicago. They use Pilot Freight as their delivery service. The unit came dented and damaged (serious denting-- the frame was bent andI was not able to open the door. I contacted ABT and they arranged to exchange the unit and ick uo the other one. I just received the new unit yesterday, and again I received a damaged unti. The damage was worse with dents and scratches on the front and both sides. The delivery was unprofessional and scheduling was a joke. For my first delivery I had contacted customer service and scheduled a time. They unilaterally changed the time, sent an e-mail and never contacted me by phone. I had to reschedule time off from work. I again scheduled deliver for a Monday, and they contacted me by text telling me they were delivering that day. I read some of the dismal ratings and have to concur that this outfit is unprofessional and deserves to be out of business. Stay away from them if you can.

I ordered a washer and dryer from Best Buy and these guys delivered it and installed it.

When I saw the flood of one star reviews recently, I was pretty nervous about how it would go.

But the two guys who came were very pro, didn’t leave any mess, came on time, and worked very fast. There’s not much more you can ask for these days.

If it were only possible to give ZERO stars. You will receive no communication regarding expected delivery day. Driver calls out of the blue one day to announce they will be delivering in 10 minutes. I let them know no one is home and they offer to leave the bookcase on the front porch. Absolutely not. I tell them to wait until I can schedule an appt with the company. I call the company number and they offer a delivery time of 12-3 the next week. I call on Monday to see where they are since the delivery window is nearly over. Dispatcher cannot find the driver so the dispatcher proceeds to forget he had said he would call back. When contacted again, dispatcher says driver should call within 10 minutes. Nope. No word from driver. SUPER DISORGANIZED COMPANY. You get what you pay for - this discount service is a joke.
