This place is a disaster, never go back if get a load from here, my appointment was for 12.00 and as soon I came they said drop the trailer when they almost dropped the trailer they asked me to back in to a dock. And drop.
Then I parked in the bobtail parking area and I get call from them next day morning 1am when I was in deep sleep and after one hour they came to the truck and asked me to move my trailer but refused. Told them am in sleep and I can’t drive. They was fighting with me and still I don’t pick up trailer. I picked trailer at 4 am after a good sleep

It's okay my experience wasn't too bad. Processing plants always take their time. I was here right at 4 hours to get loaded

Would give negative star if I could, load not ready, was supposed to be ready last night at midnight, no trailer in a door being loaded, they obviously don’t care, this is my 2nd time here, and will probably the last time I come here, if it’s not one of their trailers, jbs, or prime inc, then they don’t care. I hope they start losing customers, and that they have to close this nasty ass place down

Worst experience I ever had. Everyone who works here acts like they hate their life and work at the same time. They never tell you if they are working on your product, when it’s going to be loaded, or what’s the status of the load. You ask them how they don’t know, they start threatening you by saying we are just a phone call away from sending another truck here. I will never in my life load here again. Nor do I suggest anyone to load here no matter what they are paying.

So I just got here! 19:00hrs on the 06.19.2024 There telling me 24hrs or more to get my loaded trailer back!!!
What is wrong with this place? How are they still in business?

But yet, I have to be Puyallup, WA at Kroger DC by Monday the 24th in the morning at 02:00am! Not happening if they can’t get me out in the morning! I will post an updated review after I get loaded!
Not a happy camper at this point! Not just with the shipper, but the broker and my company that I drive for!

This facility takes more than 24 hours at pickup I booked a load through peach state brokers and delivered on Feb, 6th in puyalllup, WA. which I extremely regret it. Very unprofessional and rude being calling everyday for layover which they promised on the day of shipping. this is not the way of how business works.

I hope this review helps the next trucker.

Nicest Ladies out if ANY shipping or receiving place I've ever been!!! Long wait for load but they try to accommodate you. They called me and let me know my load was ready at 1am and asked if I wanted to pick it up now or sleep for some time longer. Yard dogs were helpful. I would gladly come back here. Small Town charm.

Can’t speak for the live loads, but from a drop and hook prospective it was great! Arrived and checked in. Guard even came out to see if the trailer was clean, and met me there while I was backing in. Dropped empty and went to get loaded. It can be kind of tight depending on where they park your trailer. In and out within 35 minutes (had to do a 30 while there). Awesome nice and friendly people!
