This is the worst company for Pick Up!
I checked in at 7:00 AM
They Say we will ship in an hour, then they say another hour later, then they say by noon , then they said after 5 pm, already 8:00 PM I left them.
It feels like they don't respect Drivers!

Very nice place very nice people I have never been to a place where they actually think of drivers and their time and take care of drivers as human beings thank you would love to come back to this place….when you get here check in with guard shack and the receiving office is located by bay door 1

The people here are SO nice. Don’t get here more than an hour before your appointment. There is NO overnight parking and there is barely enough parking for you to wait for a door. My load was not ready, but they told me up front they were 22,000 pounds short. The yard jockey created a temporary place for me until he could open up a spot where I was supposed to be. At shift change, the lady taking over came to my truck and let me know they were still working on it. When she apologized I told her, “It’s quite alright! Detention will pay me to do a 10 hour reset and I get to drive straight to my delivery” 😃 She laughed and said she’d make sure my in/out times were on my BOLs.

Because of prior reviews, I loaded my fridge with food. I have a toilet in my truck and lots of water, so I was good to go! Personally, as long as they give me a place to park, I don’t care how long it takes them to load/unload because my logbook is usually shot by the time I get to places. So when they take 10 hours to take care of me, I can take off and not worry about my logbook for 8 hours. In the Atlanta area? That is a blessing. It’s all in perception, I guess 🤷🏼‍♀️

Usually never had a problem coming here until a guard named Dennis talked to me like I was one of his offspring. He made a racist comment and threatened to tell my company that I cursed him out (which I did because he made a racist comment). He stated that he only has 2 days left because he’s tired of us people (meaning black ppl)….anyway hope he is gone!

Damn been here for 12 hrs was told by security the plant manager and everyone else don't know what's going on. How the hell do they have jobs here and are so incompetent that they don't even know what is going on at a facility they run. Man I will never ever come to this facility ever again. 5 other trucks are also waiting next to me.
