I-20 I-59 Travel Center 1 mile away. There’s a Pilot 11 miles away, Loves and Petro 15 miles away, or street parking here.

The guard shack starts allowing truckers in at EXACTLY 4:30am, if you come any sooner you will be turned away and have to wait out on the street.

I arrived at 4:30am for my 5:00am appointment, went to receiving door next to 132 to get a dock door. Across from 132 is the staging area parking.

Gave me a door instantly, I got a text three hours later saying I’m unloaded and to pay lumper fee. They had some type of malfunction going on with their lumper fee system, I had to wait an additional one hour to process my lumper fee payment. (They don’t accept checks) Ended up leaving at 9:00am.

2nd Time Here: Arrived at 4:35am, instantly got a door. Checked in with warehouse worker at door 132. 7:14am received lumper fee, got a call to come get paperwork at 8:15am

In the middle of NOWHERE. Check in, assigned a door, talk to someone. Wait HOURS to get unloaded. Then find out that the someone is the lumper & you find out how much it is. No other communication & lumpers upset that you don't know anything because they don't tell you anything...

Very bad location. Lazy, rude and unprofessional workers. Unloading more than 6hrs. There are more than 50 Wokers inside talking to one another and doing nothing. If you try to communicate with them, they will tell you to go out. They don't care if you're late for another load or anything. I hope I will never come back here. You can't come ahead of your appointment and will not unload when you come on time. Horrible place. expensive lumber service with very bad job.

Hahaha. This place is no joke at all. If you have anxiety you best take some deep breaths. The reviews are not wrong. FLOOD GATE! However there is a nice gentleman directing ppl in at the 4 way stop starting at 4am. You can park here over night just right before you go under the bridge over under it. An the guy that knocks on your door at 11:30 with a lady asking for money (TRUE)…..Shesh I thought it was the boogie man! What happen to asking for a dollar or some change. This man asked me for 12 dollars. Inflation is crazy. But anyways, Busy location tons of room to maneuver into your space. Just take your time.

Do not arrive earlier than 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Then check in with the security guard and he will give you the door number. After you docked, go to the office to register. A “do not move” sticker will be placed on the windshield.Fast unloading and long wait for paperworks.

Had no issues with this place. Arrived at 0430 for an 0500 appt. Trucks were staged all along J Terrell Wooten Dr so just go around them if it’s your appt time with the traveling trucks and don’t be a dufus like me and sit behind all them parked trucks thinking it was the line. They have traffic guards everywhere and it really was quite orderly. Arrived at the guard shack and was given a door immediately, broke seal, opened doors, backed in and then checked in at door 132. We were out by 0730!

It's pretty much what is expected of a grocery distribution. The wait is long, the lumper is overpriced, and the idea of almost every drivers appointment is at 6 a.m. makes it worse. I thought everyone there was very friendly, but the cashless/checkless payments is something you have to get accustomed to.
