One bad apple spoils the bunch.
I would give this a 4 star being the load was ready on time and one guy that brought me my load info was polite and professional but I've been here more than once and that big heavy dude that always comes off miserable & like he hates his life... Is always rude. Truly it aint that serious especially if I'm smiling and being polite. Smdh. Just sad he's 🚮
And also there is not a lot of truck parking in the area and P&G has not upgraded like most companies to allow a certain amount of truckers to overnight park based on first come bases.

This place a joke. I came to pick up an uber freight load which I always do and my company has authority to book these load. These rude people refuse me to pick up load because i had my company trailer which no one explained anything to me, the lady at the window is rude as hell no courtesy or anything. Just told me to circle around and leave premise. I will never do business here and will get to the bottom of this matter.
