Had a mostly good experience here, didn’t take too long and for the most part the people are nice and professional. The individual who unloaded my trailer however, decided it was best to leave the damaged goods all over the tail end of the trailer. Every night truckers are parked on the shoulder and then in the right lane of Elkton Rd, completely blocking it. Have seen a few accidents where cars didn't notice the trucks parked in the right lane & crashed into them. Cecil County or the town need to crack down on this unprofessional company before someone dies.

Careful getting here in the dark. It's the 1st right turn after the light going into the TA. Nondescript side street just before the Holiday Inn Express. If you miss it you can do a U-turn at the next light. I guess if there's a line, as mentioned in other reviews, it's mostly out on the highway because it looks like a 2nd truck MIGHT fit between the guard shack & the highway.
The guard wanted my bills, my I.D. & my seal. I was assigned a door & told to then go to check in. I was charged $255 for not having an appointment because I was a day early, probably because my company is poorly run. My appointment was at 6 a.m. There was no line to get in. Fairly easy process for truckers to be loaded and unloaded. Door #40 is the entrance to the shipping/receiving office. Polite staff. They'll text you when they're done. Be prepared to pay a lumper fee ($150).

Stay away fron this place, bad place ever. They have no parking for drivers, delivery at 1:00 checked in at 12:35 still can’t receive me, very disrespectful for drivers. Bad place ever.

And gave an answer with a bad attitude
Why people are so miserable
If you having a bad day keep it to yourself
Don't share your negative energy with drivers just trying to do their jobs.

Unloading time wasn’t terrible. But they will not let you park on street outside (Performance Ct). Technically they’re not supposed to have authority over that road because it’s a public road, but the guard felt the need to come after me about it. Fortunately, there’s a TA next door.

Be here at ur appointment time. Guard check person is really good they unload ur trailer within 45-60 mins but u have to wait more than 2 hours to get ur paperwork even if u pay the lumper fees quickly
