Fast unloading, less than 1 hour, but +1h to take my bol, lamper is here. I was received 1 day before my appointment, it's cool ! No overnight parking sign is here.

Slowest consignee ever, 1+ hrs to unload. After that you have the wait for a lumper fee. After you wait hrs getting your paperwork to leave the dock. Anywhere from 4-5 hrs total for everything, arrived at 08:00 and released with paperwork at 13:00.

Arrived at 8pm for 10pm appointment. They put me on the door right away. Empty at 9:50pm. They have parking on site, but there is a sign "NO OVERNIGHT PARKING". No lumper fee for my load.

Friendly staff. Even with being unloaded by Capstone and having to wait on the lumper process, the time here wasn't bad at all.

No bad at the facility but truckers, avoid the GPS taking you through Blue Springs Rd. No through trucks instead, off US 74 use Westland Dr

3 stars for the lady at the window & they unloaded me 5 hrs early. Only a porta-potty for use by drivers. No overnight parking allowed at this warehouse.

Lumper was ridiculous. $302.00 for 10 pallets. Capstone is a damn scam and I will forever stand by that.

*UPDATE* I'm aware I was unloaded early..but if you're going to unload me early then you can't use that against me when I ask how much longer it will take. I'm empty. I've paid the outrageous scam of a lumper fee. Let me go. Overages and shortages are your problem not mine. I've seen dogs who count faster than the people who work for Capstone.
