I made an appointment over a month ago to have my dog Lilly groomed. My appointment was today at 9am. When I showed up at 9am there were approximately 20 people in line to drop their pets off for grooming. Clearly no reason for an appointment if it’s just a mass drop off. I finally after 15 mins make myself to the front of the line. The lady asked for Lilly’s shot records which I gave her and asked me how did I want her cut. I said she’s a Yorkie, just trim her up and cut her nails.

After 5 hours, I get a text she’s ready. I go pick her up and her hair is GONE! The groomer shaved absolutely all her hair off! All of it!

I’m beyond frustrated. I’ll never go back to that place again for grooming or dog supplies.

You need to do a better job training your employees! I was not the only unhappy customer.

I made a grooming appointment for my dog a few weeks ago, and one of the groomers text me and told me that I could bring my dog in pretty much anytime before the appointment date anytime because their business has been extremely slow. Mind you, at no point and time was it ever mentioned to me that I would need to make sure my dog had his rabies shot up to date. If that's the policy, that would have been fine and I would've made arrangements to do so before his appointment. I've had several texts since the appointment date with no mention about anything other than to remind me of the appointment. I go in this morning and get there 10 minutes before my appointment and no one ever greeted me. Another lady came in and the staff was very friendly with her and took her dog straight back. I told the lady behind the counter I've been waiting for them to take my dog back for his appointment. They then tell me that they need proof of the rabie shots. Super frustrated that I had to get my dog out that suffers from severe arthritis in the rain along with a toddler just to be turned down. My dog is an indoor dog and is supervised for potty breaks. I'm pretty sure I'd know if he had rabies or came into contact with a raccoon or rabid animal, smh. No need in this company asking me to email you or anything of the sort. I wasn't real happy with the last grooming but was going to give it another chance. I would suggest training your staff to see if everything is up to date on your records to prevent incidents for others in the future. I only take my dog to the vet if there is an issue or if I'm notified shots are due.

They do have an assortment of supplies for different types of animals. The prices are a little on the high side. I couldn't find a harness to fit my mini doxie though. I'm sure regular sized dogs could find one. Friendly staff.

Staff was very friendly and took care of my pup well. I’m aggravated that there is no posted pricing. When I paid only thing I was told was I was charged for a full service. I have no idea what they did. He looks better than when I took him. I did have to trim more by his eyes so he could see. Hope to see prices and service inquiry in the near future or we’ll go elsewhere.

Staff are always very friendly. Steep prices and limited supply though. Pretty good sections for dogs and cats in terms of variety, but you're better off going to Walmart if you need aquarium supplies.

This is the store that I use, when I don't feel like driving to Dothan. I buy the Petsense canned food. Hope that it is a good quality food. The ladies that work there are always friendly. The best thing about them is; they have many cats that are up for adoption. Please remember don't buy when you can adopt a sweet homeless kitty. So make a special trip today and adopt a special kitty from Petsense.

Closed 5 min early with no sign or warning. I wasn’t the only car in the parking lot trying to go in. My transaction would’ve taken 2 min. I knew exactly what I needed. No other store in this town carries the food I needed. If you post you will be open till 8, please stay open till 8. Thanks

I just want to express that I want to buy fish. The staff asked me if I have any questions? I said I wanted to buy fish. The employee asked me which one I wanted. I asked the male staff to check the price, and he said it was no problem. I chose the cheaper one and asked for three. The male staff member said it was okay, but the female staff member asked for four if I wanted one. I thought it would be okay to have one more. I replied that there was no problem, but the male staff brought me the fish, and the woman asked me to pay first. When I paid, I wanted to say that I still needed fish food. The female staff asked me directly how big the fish tank was, and I said it was small. , she said no, no, no,? It was too small, so I said it was okay and I could buy it. I went to the supermarket to buy it. They looked disgusted with me and told me that there was no fish tank and they couldn’t buy fish today. I'm speechless. What kind of attitude is there? There's no fish to buy anywhere. I glanced at her after I left and she disliked me. What does she mean by shaking her head? I want to order online too. What a bad attitude. I need to find another employee. I don’t like this woman either, she’s disrespectful
