There is plenty of room for backing in and turning around in the lot. Give me a door right away at 8:00 a.m. appointment, yes, no bathrooms, but we ain't going to die right!... unloaded me quickly to make it to my next pickup. it's best not to take Marine Way. Stay on Airport looks like plenty of overnight parking in the area.

One star due to No drivers Restroom almost 2 hours of appointment checked in 8.30 for 9 am appointment still at dock it is 11 am . U can park overnight on side curves around there r other warehouse too But No driver restroom . drivers come here should mention it . So they should allow driver to use Restroom if needed
I wish manager 👀😎 should read this manager should know there is law passed that if driver not allowed to use Restroom or no driver Restroom at facility they can be fined 10000 $ . That's law some states already applied it . & soon every state will .

Very unprofessional people work here no restroom at all long waiting time. There is no meaning of appointment time. They are taking advantage of the Driver patients because they are not together. We need the get together and fight for this kind of shippers and receivers. Not one single can’t do anything😡😡😡

Following is my experience:-

Appt @ 6:45 AM. Checked in at 6:25 AM. Was assigned a dock on which a truck was being offloaded. Had to wait for him to leave before I could have got offloaded. While waiting a loader walks up to me to back up on a different door. Backed up at 6:50. Trailer full of 30 pallets. Offloaded right away and paperwork in hand at 7:15.

Definitely no public restrooms on site. But the reviews helped me to plan my delivery well.

Overall great experience but a little assistance with restrooms facility will make us a fan of your brand

Arrived at 9:15 for my 9:45 appointment. No restroom for drivers. Unloading began at 11:25 and was given my paperwork at 12:15.

During my time there, they were busy loading trailers which did not have drivers waiting.

Three hours to do a 40 minute job that cost @petco at least an additional $275.00 in detention charges.

Avoid delivering to this facility. It’s rude enough that you are not given the common courtesy to use the restroom. But to have your time wasted is a slap in the face.

They don't honor the appt. times,the old lady at the check-in window is rude and tries to belittle drivers as though their stupid. Told me Petco was too busy to unload me, and she can hold me 2 hours beyond appt time. No restroom for drivers is just how this Petco warehouse thinks of drivers. Please try to stay away from this place. And the Old lady at check-in will puts certain trucks ahead despite the appt time. This place is horrible.
