The guard getting in .park on the St walk too the guard gets your info . Walk too the shipping office. Check in .they have you sign for things you haven't did yet . Give you a door . Go back out check with security again drives lic. Walk back too your truck drive too security again stop check the seal. Bunch of unorganized people ..just do it all at once

Fast unload just wish there was more room to get into the dock, some areas have cars and or semi tractor parked in front giving you less room. Nowhere to easily turn around. If you have a long hood truck your gonna have fun. Park on street wait until 8 min to your appointment the walk up to guard shack be prepared that they might have a different appointment time then you were given happens a lot here

Delivery only by appointment. Parked on the street night before around 8 PM. you gotta walk in to check in and my appt was 5 AM. quick check in. Clean restroom next to the check in office. would give 5 if they had more space for trucks to swing.

They want trucks parked outside and walk in for check in now this is a big problem since there’s not much parking available for a big semi truck to park and there was parking reinforcement outside giving tickets so I had drive around for a while to find a parking and walk back almost quarter mile just to check in and walk back to grab my truck! And on the end the manager in checking wanted me say thank you for giving me a dock number omg I just took the paperwork to go backup on dock she approached me and saying why you didn’t say nothing when she gave you papers with dock number! Just give drivers a break
