Good company to lease your truck to. Detention times were getting out of hand. Work is consistent miles are not lot of short trips.

Well my review was taken down. I guess by the owner. It was an alright company to work for. There is a lot of micro management within. If you like to be baby sat then this is your company to work for.

I called the office phone number to discuss new business. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude, wouldn't send me over to a manager and would not hear me out about a lane. I don't know who turns down new business. but I was extremely dissatisfied.

I am a box truck driver and they tried turning a 2 day load into a five day. We have families to feed and bills to pay. NO EXCUSES FOR 1400 MILES EQUALLING 5 DAYS… PASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The driver of truck 5534 at 2:10 PM on 3/5/2020 nearly hit us while they forcefully merged into our lane even though we were nearly halfway to the front of the truck. We had our child in the vehicle. This person is a careless and dangerous driver.

Performance is not the greatest small company to drive for..39 cents a mile is not the greatest pay.....but they did treat u well during the week of orientation process put drivers in a descent Hotel....very easy truckn work...no touch Dry Van freight .......the Biggest Cons.... was the worst dispatcher name Chad is garbage👎 ...that he is not professional at all....he do not communicate with the drivers properly in a timely manner as well as dispatching the loads to drivers ahead of time.....also the company deduct 25 bucks a week from ur paycheck ...until it reaches a 1000 bucks to cover maintenance repairs to ur assigned company truck that does not belong to u....i never ever heard such of thing like that with any other Truckn Co before....also if u lve the company before 90 days they will deduct the cost of the drug screen and DOT Physical from ur last paycheck.... So New Drivers don't waste ur time look further on to other better Trucking companies to drive for ...One month of driving for this company was enough for me.....👎👎
