Check in 20 mins before your appointment. Capstone lumping, read some reviews that it's a tight backing. It's maybe a little tight because doors are closer together but honestly you have plenty of room even with trucks in door.

From check in you drive to the other side and park at your door and walk paperwork to receiving between 26-28

I had frozen load so they told me Take Any door between 1 and 15 chock wheels

You have seal broken where you check in on the other side.

Never been there before with a delivery, I was surprised that they offloaded me within 2.5 hrs.
You may know the terrible reputation most grocery warehouses have made for themselves! Worked out pretty good with the exception when first checking in with the security guard ....unorganized ,too many trucks trying to get in at the same time causing a backup all the way to the street.

There is overnight parking, when I arrived for parking at midnight there was still plenty of spots for parking. The only thing is there was a tree and other things making it a little difficult to park for the night.

The guard shack will allow you in 40 mins early of your appointment. My appointment was for 0800. Bring your seal and BOL with you.

In the back for the docking area, IS VERY TIGHT but doable.

Gave me door, went to receiving office between 27-28. Called me 10 mins later to let me know to switch over to door 6 instead of 7 because the door bridge was broken. Not only do I have to switch doors I have to do it in a VERY TIGHT AREA.

Took them 2 in a half hours to unload me
30 mins to send me a text to let me know to come in for my paperwork and lumper fee receipt.

At first I had it three star review, I changed it to one star review. Went back to close my trailer doors come to find out they left 10-12 boxes of chicken drumsticks and didn’t tell me when they handed me back my paperwork.

Show up at 630 for a 7a appt. Wasn't touched til 815. Unloaded since 945 still waiting to pay lumper n receive bills, it is now 1030. 4hrs=1 star review. Hate it here

Very slow. The goods have been unloaded and the money has been paid successfully, but there is still no sign of me leaving.

Have overnight parking if your delivering there; they start letting trucks in around 530am; docks r tight if you have to park next to another truck; offloading is fairly quick depending on load;

Security girl very rude. does not know how to talk. Tight dock . They Take 20 mint before appointment time , no overnight parking

Check in at Your appointment time 20 minutes early only. Otherwise they will send you back. Overnight parking is available in lot. Tight dock areas so becareful when docking. Just be patient with everything. They take awhile but nice people lumper are cool too.
