hello colleagues come an hour before the appointed time there is no night parking on the street no where to park opens at 4:30 am 4 miles away there is a truck stop Sheetz unloading very slowly after unloading get ready to wait a long time for documents I've been standing at the door for 3 hours and they still haven't finished unloading this place is hell for drivers I think you're moving faster than them turtle ((((

I would like to tell all the drivers that never lift load from here, avoid this place. I have got the checking done at 4:00. It is 1:00 now. Till now they are saying wait, I had to cancel my next road also. Because of them today is Friday There is no rest room for the driver in this warehouse

Beautiful people, if you want to unload yourself, they allow you; the receiver was the best; even the lumper people helped me without any motive; I'm surprised really why so many negative reviews!

No overnight packing; they open at 4:30 am; got the door ASAP;

The great crew! They gave me a door as soon as they opened up the gate and got me out almost an hour before my actual appointment time was. It was a rare pleasure to be able to deliver to a place that is so well organized.

Truck drivers, if possible, avoid this place! This is some kind of hell for drivers. There are no words to describe it. The appointment was scheduled for 8:30 am, I arrived at 8:00 am. The door was given at 11:00 am. Unloaded somewhere around 1:00 in the afternoon. And the paperworks were given at 3:20 in the afternoon!!!! 7 hours of torturing a person You can't approach anyone and ask anything. No one wants to talk to you. The attitude towards drivers is rude and dismissive.

I delivered here and asked to use the restroom or break room to rinse my fruit off. Unfortunately, this place doesn't allow drivers to use their facilities even in extreme weather conditions. It's cold, and besides that, there is no running water in a portable potty. It's completely inhumane and unprofessional on their part. They should allow drivers to proper restrooms, especially in extreme weather conditions. We deliver these loads to you guys and not allow the generosity to use the proper restroom facilities. I understand companies with strict policies around entering the bldg, but there should be exceptions for basic human needs.

TL;DR: This place is the worst. They charge $100 per hour for being late and they unload at their leisure. And no, we were not late.
No restrooms, and half a$$ed unloading because 4 boxes were left in the back of the trailer.

Rules for thee, but none for me apparently - probably Reinhart Performance Foodservice.

This place will charge you $100 per hour if you show up late. At the same time, they will take their sweet time unloading you (at least 5 hours). Because showing up on time only to be unloaded late, makes sense right? Right?!

And then, because you got delayed by reasons that were not within your control (i.e. showed up on time AND got unloaded late), you will either waste the whole day because you could not show up on time for the next pickup or you will haul a$$ trying to make it to the next pickup.

Also, they left 4 boxes on the back for us to dispose of. And of course, no restrooms.

After reading all the negative reviews, I was prepared to spend some time here but nope, checked in at 4:20am but I think crew starts at 5am. It’s 6:15am and I have my paperwork in hands. Less than 2 hours to unload full frozen load in good in my book. No overnight parking and no street parking.
