Super slow, 4 hours on dock and still waiting

I have been here a few times. Time to be unloaded isn’t to bad. Just wish the security was a bit nicer. I always come in and say hi and I don’t even get a response. I told 1 lady that when someone says hi the least you can do is acknowledge them. Don’t have to make small talk but at least show some respect to the person saying hi. If you don’t want to work in customer service then find another job. I never have an attitude when I show up and always smile but I feel after dealing with security I feel irritated.

Fast process about 1 hour to load. Don’t arrive late or they’ll make you wait for shift change

They are very strict about time. If you show up a couple of hours early they will make you wait till your appointment time. Security guard said that I could only be 10 min early, at the check in office I was told I could be 30 min early, I was unloaded in about 35 min, so it is pretty fast

Horrible service, this is the second time I have came to this location and I always get here hours earlier then my appointment they claim to always be busy and wait for my appointment which is fine that’s my appointment so I don’t mind waiting. But after waiting 5 hrs my appointment time comes around and I get a door. Both times I have been here I wait at the door over an hour before the light even turns red. Both times I had to walk inside and ask when I’ll be loaded. They are just worried about the drop trailers and live loads are on the bottom of their list. I hate coming here and expect to wait if you’re a live load.

Security guy thinks he owes the place. Have no respect for drivers. Loading is quick. Just the security needs to be more respectful for drivers.
