Gate intercom doesn't seem to matter. Just drive in and Driver Check-in is in the middle of the building. They got me in and loaded quickly, though you have to disconnect the trailer and slide tandems, i think, because they just want to make you do more work than necessary. Office staff not very friendly but they do their job, I suppose. Watched the Yard Dog driver and office girl talk for 30 minutes out in the parking lot so I know their friendly to each other. Could be part of the reason it takes so long to get paperwork. Waited an hour to get the paperwork.

My appointment was at 5am checked in at 430am. Got the door right away. I got paperwork at 510 and got out. Nice place receiving girl was nice and polite. Use a phone map for this location. All went smoothly.

Sat in Dock door 2 hours awaiting to be loaded. Got out my truck, went inside warehouse after 15 minutes of walking around I find someone to ask what the hold up was. He left and came back with a guy who was clearly awaken from sleep and apologizing. Said he had just received my paperwork to know i was in the dock awaiting unload. Guy then loaded 25 pallets in 25 minutes. Get back to office to check out and received my bols. Took another 30 minutes to locate loader to get seal. 3 half hours total for a 15 minute load.

First of all, they checked me by asking my credit card or cash to pay for loading with serious face after ignoring them they even didn’t say that’s joke Then I supposed to be loaded with 43K instead they loaded me 44600 and asked me to go on the scale before they close 10 minutes that’s mean when I come back they closed. I told them that I will be over weight and they said we can not do anything until Monday but it was Friday 8:50 pm and they closed at 9pm. That’s how they respect drivers for hard work and moving USA. Good luck.

Shipping receiving office is by Dock 145.. checked in at 06:46 for 07:10 appointment... Got a door in about 5 minutes.. loaded quickly... However paperwork took a while out the door in 2 hours 10 minutes total... Receiving clerk was real nice

5 hr to get loaded!! 2 hr to load your truck plus 3hr waiting for paperwork 300LB lady in the office very very rude in general they don't give a F.. the only friendly and respectful person was the yard driver helpful and fast.

*SEMITRUCKS*: Some space to overnight either driveway or at the back of the facility, they go by appointment only, don't come to early before your appointment time usually 30 min before appointment time. The PU number starts with 0107.... number and delivery with a 454.... Shipping/Receiving Office next to Dock 145, bring PPE (no sandals, shoes, pants, shirt, reflective vest) they have a nice restroom unisex at the office and 2 vending machines. The check-in process is very tedious. They have to mail someone, and they have to wait until they reply back to be sure of who is picking up. Unloading and loading time-frame are ridiculous, and then you have to come back to the office and make the line again with the check-in drivers just to get paperwork. Paperwork should be printed and given to the forklift guy, so when he finishes, instantly give it to the driver!!!.. I wish I was the manager of this place to show them how it is done. I'll keep coming and updating each time, more stars or less depending on the improvements.

I'm just here to agree with all the other BAD reviews on this place.
Paperwork is forever.
The green light means your loaded/unloaded. No one will tell you nothing.

Ignore the "No Exit" sign. Go out the same way you came in.
