A-plus experience. Owner walked me to the actual unit I rented online to be sure I was okay with the unit as there was a load bearing beam on the inside. I appreciate the extra concern and I’m glad I chose this location for my storage needs. Place is kept clean clean clean

These days it's hard to honestly give 5 stars but Paulding Storage definitely earns 5 stars. My husband and I have been dealing with Paulding Storage and Mr. James for years and now my daughters are using Paulding storage. I was there yesterday to pay my youngest daughters bill and put her lock on her unit and as always; the quality customer service and the cleanliness of the facility inside and outside takes me back to the days when appearance, and quality products and service was the top priority for businesses. Just wanted to say a big thank you to James the manager. I got a nail in my tire on 278 and lost tire pressure fast, pulled into Paulding Storage and James came out to check on me and even end up changing my tire adding the spare. Definitely would recommend this kind would and business to anyone!!!
