I had a sunroom installed the summer of 2020. Mike was professional and responded quickly to questions, this review is not reflecting my interactions with him. Mike's preferred contractor to build the room is Jason Saich, and I have had nothing but problems with his company. He communication has been poor throughout the entire process, and when faced with a leaking roof a little after 6 months after install, has refused to come even look at the roof in order to make the repair. I would ensure the contractor is not Jason Saich of Higher Quality Construction, if it is, I would go with a different company.

Mike and Jason, as well as the construction team, did an excellent job building our patio room. I absolutely love having the extra space at such an affordable price! While the construction was delayed because of covid (which is understandable), Mike did an excellent job of keeping us informed throughout the process and Jason and his construction team were nothing but professional. I would definitely use their services again and I highly recommend using them if you're thinking about installing a sunroom or patio room.

I had them come out to my house after getting multiple quotes and Mike the sales guy was so nice and professional and sweet. He was able to save us a ton of money and the whole process was smooth. I highly recommend them!
