Horrible service.
When I got there to pick up the truck everything was fine until he ask me if I wanted to purchase additional insurance on the truck when I declined he rudely stated that he would never leave a store without purchasing the additional insurance and just giving me a dirty look. Quoting me the final price, i handed him my card and was informed that I was unable to use it because it was a online banking chime card. He said they do not accept Paypal chime cash app etc even though when I made the reservation online I made it with my PayPal card. Following day I went to a different location that said yes they do accept chime etc payments. I even spoke with someone from corporate over the phone that confirmed that yes U-Haul does except online banking cards.

Philip, the manager, is always very helpful with my storage and moving needs. I currently have a storage unit with this facility and I am always treated with courteous and friendly service. I would recommend this UHaul and storage property to anyone.

When I first met Mr. Phillip the manager he was a really nice guy to do business with he is a genuine polite person. If you have a question he is eager to help you with no problem. I will prefer my family their any time. I am still renting at this place and am very satisfied.

I’m retired Military n know personnel! The manager here is a good one! I’ve been renting here for around 10 yrs n the manager now (Phillip) is the first one that has been professional, courteous, friendly n attentive! If he says it you can count it done/taken care of! I started with one unit n only after Phillip came I’ve added 4 more n I’m asking for more units when they come available for myself! I wouldn’t have rented anymore if Phillip wasn't the manager here! I’ve recommended this to my Daughter for her Unit n we are waiting on one for my son which is coming off active duty from the Army! I’ve recommended others to come here instead of buying storage buildings because this is a fraction of the cost! My opinion on Phillip? If I was his supervisor n he was a Soldier readying him or herself to get out I would put on a full court press to retain him n stay in the Military! His personality is rare! Retain all all cost!!!!!

The gentleman in the office Philip was very helpful and knowledgeable. He assisted us with everything we needed from the uhaul truck to storage The storage was clean and so was the u haul we will definitely do business here again ., Thank you for making our move easy .

Mr Philip at Park & Store is absolutely amazing. Had an issue with a small leak and Mr Philip was attentive and took immediate action to fix the problem even though it was outside of normal business hours. He has consistantly gone above and beyond to help and is always courteous and greets you with a smile. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Park & Store for your storage needs, you won't be sorry.
