Warehouse personnel is very rude and act like they are going above and beyond their job description. As a customer for a will call waited almost 1 hr to get my product. Purpose of a will call is to save money on transportation cost, waited so long that I didn't even end up saving money because product was late to complete the canning job. Customer service is lousy as well. The whole company needs an enema to cleanse out the ones bringing bad service to customers.

No shipping & receiving office. Drivers must call all three numbers on door to let them know you have arrived. Appointments mean nothing. Entrance is on San Bernardino Avenue not Calabash.

Driver D.Robinson (license plate 9E81191) is a severely unstable individual. He came to our warehouse this morning and threatened one of our female staff demanding they move a truck immediately. She was on the phone at the time so we have an "ear" witness. He came across as unhinged and his behavior is unacceptable. Police should have been called but he left before any action could be taken. We have flagged him and will be on the look out for him in the future.

This place haves very unprofessional werehouse workers,and specially when it comes down the dock supervisor no manner,rude and very disrespectful, They just need to get better training.Or just hire people with better schooling.
