A woman was trying to catch the bus from Carpinteria to Montecito for work early this morning. I noticed her when I was walking my dog. She was running past me, trying to catch the bus, and the driver saw us trying to flag him down, but didn't stop. She was very upset and I tried to console her by offering to pay for taxi service for her to get to work on time. I called Paradise Cab company and asked them if they would be willing to drive this woman to work for the very little cash I had on me, and the driver agreed. I went back to the bus stop to meet the woman to tell her that I had secured a ride for her but she was gone. But the Cab showed up, eager to help. He even drove around the neighborhood looking for her, to know avail. Long story, not so short we tried our best to help a stranded woman trying to save her job. Paradise Cab, was there in less than 5 minutes and was very empathetic to the cause. Shame on MTD, they have done this before and they will get a phone call and a bad review from me. Thank you Paradise Cab. We tried our best to do the right thing. 🙂

How is this company in service? Cant reach them on the phone, am i supposed to go knock on there door or what? Worst fake taxi co of all time!!!!!!!!! Dont waste ur time on fake service
