I was very skeptical at first but in very bad need of a company to pack and ship some high end watches. It’s hard to find trust worthy people in todays world let be honest. But I had to roll the dice or risk losing a great opportunity.. so I called Pakmail and spoke with Ashley. I knew nothing about anything she not only educated me. But went and got the items I was having trouble securing myself. The determination to get the job done is second to none. Plus the quality of packaging was outstanding. Thanks again Ashley I’ll be right back with another one ☝️

The clerk stole my package. I thought the interaction was shady- first she said it would be a dollar for the slip, then explained they weren’t DHL and were just a pickup service- then she changed her mind and said it was free and I was all good to go. I didn’t think much of it since it seemed professional… but the store I was mailing never got my return, and when I called two weeks later was asked why I didn’t have a tracking number. I was never given one, or any receipt at all. The woman on the phone blamed it on me, and said they don’t assume any responsibility. Great. Don’t be like me and get robbed and don’t trust this shady business.

There was not 1 person in line before me. I was the only customer. It took 30 mins to ship 3 packages normal shipping nothing special. I recommend if you have a customer in a rush, leadership should take over and complete the task. It appears they may have been training the guy. Considering I advised I have to go back to work, leadership should have completely took over but didn’t.

Called to make sure I could ship all of my items in the same day from the same place. They told me yes. I got all the way out here and they said they don’t accept QR Codes. Never mentioned on the phone. I fear there is a lack of common sense among these employees, they also look like they’re barely legally qualified to work (minors). How are you not going to be able to accept QR codes? Get a scanner? Like duh?

The worse ever. Not remotely helpful. Just screaming about a dollar to return an Amazon package. Once that was settled then they want an actual shipping label in order to send the package. The one with the sticky side😳 How am I supposed to create that from my phone. I submitted the QR code provided by Amazon. Needless to say it was a waste of my time. Will ONLY go to REAL UPS stores from now on

The owner and staff went out of their way to get our packages ready to ship in a short period of time. They were also less costly than having them packed at the other (major) shippers. I will definitely be using them again for any time sensitive shipments we have.
