Dawson and the good folks at this PakMail did something miraculous for my family. They built state-of-the-art crates, meticulously wrapped, secured, and packed my family's greatest treasure (very large oil paintings). They then found the best shipping rate and service and successfully shipped in multiple shipments to different locations across the country. We are forever grateful!

The owner and staff at this PakMail location are the best. My son had a lost package situation with Apple (turned out not to be lost after all but I’ll save that story for a review of Apple). The owner and staff were quickly on the case and provided the information we needed to show that the package was received by their store and then picked up by the carrier for delivery. That is what AUsome customer service is all about. Take pictures of your package and shipping labels-it could save you in that rare case of a package being tapered with.

Karen (owner) and Katie (manager) are very helpful. You feel like more then a customer when you visit this location. I will say the service here is much more personal and friendly then your average competitor store like the UPS stores. Karen is in there helping out with her sleeves rolled up sipping coffee working to earn your business and as another local small business owner I respect that. Karen also helped me tape up and very difficult package that I already had a prepaid label for. Also noteworthy is that they will take not only USPS and UPS, but also FedEx packages. One stop shop for all your needs! Highly recommended and very central location on N. Dean road. They will get all my future business. THANK YOU!

Most definitely the best mailing company I’ve gone through. Coming from someone who hates the process, the employees were able to get me in and out in no time and answer any questions. I know there are probably more but Katie, Ben, and Tucker have been just a few names that have exceeded my customer expectations every time. Love this place!
