Was there just this evening (10/23/24). Didn't know how to change from a QR code to a regular packing slip. The young lady behind the counter switched it up or me and even taped and got my package out! She was great! Thank you so much! Will be going back there!

Everyone here is so polite and welcoming. My first experience was great. They helped me in getting a package sent out to someone.

There was an issue with the package being delivered and I panicked because the person thought I was lying and didn’t send the package. I mistakenly threw the receipt away, so I thought I would try and contact someone at Pack ‘N’ Mail to see if they could help me show proof. They were able to send me all of the information I needed to my email!

I am so impressed with their customer service! I will definitely be returning here for any future needs.

The employees are some of kindest and most helpful I have experienced in a very long time. Such a delight in today's times!
I have been a customer for several years. However, I am very dissatisfied by the new setup. It does not function well at all. No place to set my folders or packages. I hope to see it corrected the next time I'm in. It's not customer friendly at all.

Love the staff. Mrs Angela always gets a laugh when I come in because I tend to order the wrong things and have to return or exchange them. Have their email memorized so I can send the return label a head of time now. Have always been very friendly and courteous. It’s like going into your local coffee or barbershop the friendly atmosphere.

Use at your own risk!

Also notice that a good amount of their 5 star reviews only have 1 review...

We had used them for many years. No more. A package amazon reportedly delivered there was never delivered according to them. Life insurance porting paperwork got lost causing us to lose a 300k policy.

To top it all off when I called I got attitude from the employee I talked to. No offer to help or to try and find our missing things.

I would not recommend them if you plan to have important mail delivered there.
