Amari and Alonte did an excellent job today. They arrived at my apartment earlier than expected and worked efficiently, even though I moved from the third floor to another third-floor apartment and they had to go up and down a set of four stairs at the new place. 10/10 would recommend working the 2 of them.

Long, but worth the read...Best Move Ever! After a few frustrating experiences with other moving companies, I decided to give Pack It Up Moving & Storage a try, based on the glowing recommendation of a friend who had a great experience. From the moment Kyle answered the phone, I knew I had made the right choice. He was so friendly, kind, and genuinely caring, and I instantly felt like I was talking to a new friend. Kyle is clearly an expert at what he does and made sure all my moving needs were met with ease. I had to change my move date a couple of times, and without hesitation, he accommodated me—how often do you find such understanding and flexibility?

On moving day, the truck arrived right on time, and three fantastic movers—Antonio, Cortez, and V—greeted me with warm smiles and introduced themselves. They took a moment to assess the situation, then got to work, carefully wrapping my furniture and making sure nothing was bumped or scratched. These guys were not only professional and efficient but also courteous, well-mannered, and respectful, which made the whole process so much smoother. They really are a wonderful representation of Pack It Up Moving.

The move went off without a hitch, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. If I could give them a 10-star rating, I absolutely would. For me, customer service is everything, and Pack It Up Moving & Storage!

Pack It Up Moving & Storage did a great job of loading all of my property from my previous home, storing it for a month, then reloading it and delivering it to my new home. Kyle accommodated all my scheduling needs, was extremely responsive to all my questions, and returned all my calls promptly. The crew took good care of all my property, ensuring that everything arrived at the destination in good shape. At every stage, they arrived on time and completed the job within the estimated time that day. Overall Fire-Star experience!

I was so pleased with the service that was provided by Amari and Saint! They came in, introduced themselves and got to work. They were very respectful of me and my belongings. My furniture was staying on the premises, and they made sure it was situated just right, allowing me access to what I'd need. I 100% recommend them, and I don't give out recommendations easily. Also, I can't forget my first contact which was with Kyle. He was so helpful and was able to work me into the schedule on short notice. I really appreciate that! I will certainly use them again!

Cortez & Bradley helped me with my move and they were very professionally and absolutely the best!! Their communication was on point from start to finish and they were even AHEAD of time. They took apart & put together my furniture with care! You must book with them.
