I used this moving company last year and, based on that positive experience, I decided to schedule with them again. Unfortunately, this time, the service fell short of expectations. I was originally scheduled for a time window of 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, but the drivers did not arrive until 5:34 PM. While I appreciate that the company communicated the delay, explaining that the previous move took longer than anticipated, such issues should not come at the expense of customer satisfaction.

In running a business, prioritizing customer service is essential. Due to this delay, I was forced to cancel two important events related to my own business. If a company fails to honor its scheduled commitments, it is only reasonable to expect some form of compensation. Unfortunately, I received none. Also, after demanding to speak with a manager to express my grievances, he told me “I’m not going to go back and forth with you”. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional and I will NEVER recommend this company to others again. Please save yourself the trouble and choose a different moving service.

The team was prompt and efficient in moving my daughter into her Austin apartment. They handled her belongings with care, ensuring no damages. Despite the summer heat, they swiftly carried boxes up to her third-floor apartment. I highly recommend Pack-it Movers.

Let me start with this guys we’re freaking awesome!

I was stressed having to move out quicker than expected, and a lot of it was done but not all of it, and they helped get me out and packed up and loaded down quickly, they were so clean with the move (which I really appreciated). They packed all of my items that were left out with great care. Then I ended up having to store over night and they made it happen.

2 days later we got the keys to our new home, and let me tell you I had every delay happen. These movers worked with us and worked with the times so perfectly. Then they encountered a flat tire and still had their truck tire changed and out to my house in no time. They u loaded everything assembled it all how I wanted placed the boxes where I wanted and didn’t touch a single wall or make a mess. They even helped move stuff around to make it easier on me!

Also all 3 movers that we had were great guys, respectful, great conversation and extremely polite
