Easy unloading, arrived 8:15 am for 9 am. appt checked in was told to head to the back near dock 38, buzzed me in and had me offloaded by 9:40 am.

Easy pickup, but note that they’re only open for a few hours if you have an 11 AM appointment. If you come in early, they load you right away, but on the same day as your appointment they won’t open early.

After loading, you need to go to the scale for weight. I weighed in at 41,000 pounds, but they loaded me overweight on the drive axle, and I had to come back for a fix.

This place doesn’t has washroom for drivers they will load you but on appointment only not before 10 min very lazy staff always huge line to check in some of the docks working rest of the docks are on rest mode. They don’t take care of your time stay away from this location

We had an appointment for 1:30pm. Checked in at 09:30am, got loaded out at 10:30am. Believe it or not, we are also surprised but was pretty fast. Good Job

I’m not sure why the bad star ratings.
My appointment time was at to 1300. I arrived at 1215. (Pass by guard shack, it’s not used). 2 doors, 1 says shipping, the other says receiving. Go through the correct door. Check in at window. Receiving provided me with door right away. Backed in by 1230, loaded me with a full trailer and was checked out and on my way by 1320.
A lot of room for maneuvers. Don’t arrive early (1-2 hours early tops).
Employees were nice and direct.
One of the better distribution centers if you ask me.

I was there at before hour my appointment and the didn’t allow me to stand there for 5 min. They told me that I don’t have appointment there and I stay there for whole 2 days.The staff is too rude there all were nonsence people don’t know how to deal with Drivers.one of worst experience I have there. I will never going to deliver any thing to this place ever. After waiting for whole 2 days they took 3hrs for unloading and rejected 2 boxes, 1 barely damaged having little cut and on one they said label is missing. It’s worst experience.

I guess Its luck,my appointment was at 1 PM. Checked in 10:30am, got a loaded at 11:30 am , alot of space to backup,1 star deducted because of no restrooms

NO parking on site. Don’t come here early than 30 mins before appointment. No restrooms for drivers, took 3 hrs for loading
