This is a great one stop shop for all of your packaging and postal needs. It’s conveniently located on Castro Street within a couple of blocks from the Castro Muni and about a block from a range of different public transportation buses.

Picked up my framed diplomas and artworks from a friend and brought them to PO Plus to be packaged and shipped to myself in Germany. From time to time I send packages from this place. Very convenient since I live nearby. Service is always good and friendly. Except for one time when one worker (I understand one of the main ones) passed by and said that this is not their priority - which was somehow impolite. But overall i like this place.

I'll never go back to this place...
The worst customer service. So rude mean unhelpful people. They talking to you like they doing you a favor. I would not recommend to anyone to go there due to unprofessional customer service.
