Once you get to know the process, it is really easy. It is one way around the building. I dropped and hooked and was politely informed it is one way by a jockey even though my hook was 10 spots in the opposite direction. Thumbs up to the check in people! They helped me more than once.

SUPER STRICT SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL SÚPER SLOW UNPROFESSIONAL WORKERS AND UNLOADERS HERE MY LIVE UNLOADING APPOINTMENT WAS AT 1 PM I GOT HERE AT 12:00 PM AND CHECKED IN EARLY I WAS TOLD THAT THER WERE GOING TO TAKE 3 HOURS MAX THEY WERE GOING TO CALL ME NO CALL AT ALL I WAITED 6 HOURS THEN I HAD TO GO CHECK MY SELF TO SEE WHAT WAS THE DELAY THE GUY IN OFFICE DID NOT WANT TO HELP ME OUT THEN HE FINALLY DECIDED TO HELP ME OUT I TOLD HIM TO CHECK DOCK 56 WAS TOLD ITS BEEM EMPTY FOR THE LONGEST I ASKED WHY WASNT I NOTIFIED THAT TRAILER WAS EMPTY NO RESPONSE AND THEN I JUST LEFT THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE WITH MY 6 HOUR EMPTY TRAILER THAT HAS BEEN SITTING 🪑 FOE THE LONGEST

Trucker be aware, if you pull out from check in area they will make you go around the whole building again. They have a very slow check in process. You would think a billion dollar company like this would do better. They don’t give two shits about truckers. Last load I take for P&G. Big middle finger from me!

Been coming here for a few years. Never had a bad experience. The employees are nice and everything seems to flow smoothly.
I arrived this evening for a morning pick up. I had planned on parking out front but it was a ghost town. Didn't wanna chance a ticket so I left.

Live unloading , U have to drop trailer then bobtail out of the facility. They don’t have parking for you. No parking at anytime signs everywhere. My friend got a ticket for this. 3hrs pass I am still waiting. Avoid this P&G , I won’t come back again

If you're coming to pick up a load, that is not a live load. Call to check on your load first. There's absolutely no parking anywhere on the streets at this place. I witnessed a cop writing tickets for truckers. He didn't even bother to ask drivers to move. Just issued you a ticket.

They take to long to load the trucks. Who gives them the right to keep a trucker waiting for hours and hours. No respect for the truckers. Will never load from P&G again. Truckers be aware, do not listen to the dispatcher saying 2 hours to load.
