Nearly a year ago Tracy & David brought my moms new puppy to her here in south Louisiana. I can honestly say on a professional as well as personal level how great their company( ozark mountain transports) truly is. They are organized, reliable, trustworthy, honest & friendly. When we received our pup she was happy. Anything and everything we needed to know or asked about was answered. They even advised us on how to best help our puppy in other ways. I highly recommend their company for any and all animals needing to be transported be it as far north as Canada or as far south as the southern most tip in the south.

David has been transporting for us since he first opened up. He has been honest timely and respectful. All customers that he has delivered to have been very satisfied with his services. I will continue to use Ozark Mountain transport for all of my needs with my puppies. They do a great job and I feel very secure when my puppies are in their hands

One of the worst companies I had to do business with in 60 years. Extremely extremely unorganized, rude and unprofessional. I ordered 4 rick of firewood and made payment on the ebill they sent me on October 14, 2020. They delivered the lumber a week later after cancelling multiple delivery dates until they showed up. Then they claimed they refunded my funds because they wanted to be paid in a different manner and sent me multiple ebills from multiple entities and people, after initially paying them. I was fine with that and agreed to pay them in another manner after their refund cleared/post. Such rudeness, anger, nastiness and evil behavior with threats occurred in those couple of days until I saw the refund cleared, and meanwhile I was sending them snapshots of the bank account to show them that it had not cleared and then the time that it did clear. After my meeting with the local sheriff due to dozens and dozens of harassing and threatening text messages, I contacted them finally and I made arraignments to have them meet me at the local sheriffs dept where hopefully it was settled and they will go away forever, never to do business with them again. Beware beware beware. Make sure you do business with someone who can be vouched for by someone you know. This crazy world is producing strange behaving people.
