Knowledgeable, friendly, and excellent customer service throughout the entire process and project.

Called with questions the first part of June 2022 and purchased the 25' estate flag pole with installation the following week. Install crew arrived two weeks later and set the base and finished installation within the next couple of days.

Extremely pleased with the product and overall experience with Ozark Flag. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a sturdier solution for their flag display needs.

They did an outstanding job installing our flag pole. It has been close to five years and our solar light is just now in need of replacement. Called to get a solar light replacement along with a new rope. Their estimate was reasonable and put on their schedule for replacements.

What a great experience working with John and Tony at Ozark Flag. They were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They didn't try to sell me the most expensive flag pole, they just asked questions and made some great recommendations. We love our new dark bronze, telescoping flag pole with the solar power light on top. The flag looks so majestic and it makes us feel even more patriotic. Several of our neighbors even came up and bragged about it.

Tony and John took care of everything. They gave us a marker to place in the ground where we wanted the pole and they took everything from there. They called Missouri One Dig to make sure there were no obstructions below ground, then came out and dug the hole, set a sleeve for the pole and then filled the hole with concrete. Then after the concrete had time to set up, they came out and installed our new pole and flag a few days later.

It was one stop shopping and very, very reasonably priced. We hoped to have it installed before Christmas. Tony said they would try, but didn't promise to have it completed by Christmas. Well, they delivered and got it done for us. Tony and John are so honest, it was such a pleasure to do business with good, local people.

I'd highly recommend Ozark Flag. It was a proud purchase and my wife and I feel good every time we see Old Glory. Thanks to Tony & John!!!

Attached is the standard "copy and paste" response when you ask for a quote on a 25' flagpole. Took a while to even get this response which I find their pricing very high. I wish I could've bought local but for more than double the money and response such as this I wont do it. Just figured I'd save people some time who are interested in the pricing since it's not on their website.

Good Afternoon,
We appreciate you interest in our company. The most common height is the 20' flagpole for residential use.
We stock a couple of standard models that are most popular. The traditional 20' pole that operates with a rope start at 550.00 + tax and installation in Spfld or the metro area is 250.00.
Another popular model is the telescoping flagpole. Those start at 399.00 and install is 175.00
The telescoping has become the option of choice for many residences, as they do not require regular maintenance beyond changing the flag when necessary. Unlike the rope pole which needs the rope changed every 18-24 months. And if forgotten and it breaks and comes out the pole can result in an expensive service call to re rope it unless you have the means to do so.
