Ok imma start off with a 1 because they are super strict. If u come here, they don't take deliveries till 1 am sharp. No early check-in. The 2 staff members I ran across were kinda stand off-ish. Will update after delivery . No public bathroom here. Ok so they took bout 2 hours to unload me. Not bad considering. So imma update my rating.yo can make u an overnight parking spot as there were a few trucks parked around facility

had appointment for 5:30 am , got there early 5past 5 am, i was told to stay put wait for the door. the thing problem i saw is, they dont have a window to check in, one employee comes to gate (inside)and tells you to go to which door. got the door at 6am it was my 2nd drop off so didnt have much in the trailer , was quick!

Absolutely terrible place to deliver. Very disorganized. Not sure why they want you to have an appointment. They never have you in a door until half hour or more past the appointment. Then they take forever to unload. Literally the worst warehouse I have ever delivered to. Wish you the best dealing with them.

My appointment was this morning 4 am and 9 am right now and still waiting for to unload I went inside to talk to them they were supper rude don’t care anything highly recommend don’t come this place or better luck

The supervisor is a vindictive child. I was having no problems getting unloaded until I had words with her. Now I'm waiting 2 to 3 hours getting unloaded, causing me to be late for next stop. Some people can't handle having authority no matter how small.

I have never met people that are so nasty like the supervisors and receptionist that work in this building. First time walking in for an appointment and the receptionist was rude and nasty. I hate to say it but I think they have a problem with black people.

Don’t arrive more than an hour early bc they don’t open until 3am. Took a hour an a half to unload.
