Check in at gate. Shut the truck at checkin give paperwork with your driver license. No overnight parking . But there is place to park near check in. Strict to appointment. Tandem should be at back of trailer to get unloaded or loaded

Easiest place to drop and hook. Love this place, never been talked down to, and the loads are 25K lbs. Cross the train tracks, hard right turn, past the JB HUNT terminal.

Checked in a guard shack this morning at 0715. The girl is lazy! She will not get out of her chair to stand next to the microphone and will not speak into the microphone like all of the other ladies that work in the guard shack. I had to repeat myself several times that I could NOT hear her or understand her! She was obviously getting frustrated with me, but what am I supposed to do? Have bionic hearing through a wall and glass? I had my truck turned off too!

Came here to get loaded… I got here at 1pm and it’s currently 4:38pm and they are still not ready…my clock is ticking & about to run out…. I’m never coming here again

Slide tandems and this place is a oneway circle. No need to be here for more than 30min unless you're getting loaded.

Ms Tasha at the gaurdshack was very professional, nice, and considerate of my time. Checked in a day early and Ms. Tasha suggested I leave my trailer and allow them to work on it and it was loaded just a few hours later.

Appointment only probably won't take you early, but fast loading and nice people. Find a parking spot to wait, not much on the street.

Ladies at the guard shack and shipping office were both really nice. Between fighting Atlanta traffic and a train full of containers blocking what seems to be the only entrance to the industrial park, i showed up 1 hour and 45 minutes or so late for a 2pm live load appointment, got checked in and got a door right away, loaded and rolling in 2 hours, so I can say I'm happy they didn't play the waiting game with me as punishment for being late.

The entry/exit is a cluster though so be patient
