Very unprofessional. They don’t care about drivers. They give fake pickup and delivery times. Then later don’t want to pay detention. They refuse to pay detention because they don’t have an actual appointment at the delivery. Will never do business with them again. Bunch of scam artists. Waited for more than 10 hours to get loaded at shipper. It clearly says on their rate confirmation that detention maxes out at $250. They only paid $150 for layover. Nothing for detention. Then I show up at Publix warehouse. And they talk me there that the shipment was due the day before. So their 09:00 appt turned into a 17:00 appt. And there they also decide to pay only $150. And decide to wash their hands of any wrong doing. Other brokers in the biz aren’t perfect. But these are the absolute worst.

Overdrive Logistics is one of the best truck brokerage companies that I have ever had the pleasure to work to do business with and I have been in the trucking/dispatch business which has been 27 years. They are always courteous and give you the complete and honest information about the load. They are always available if you should encounter any problems while under one of their loads. Their rates are competitive and many times negotiable. They are a pleasure to work with and while all their brokers are great I must admit that Daniel and Shannon have been exceptionally helpful. I look forward to doing business with them for many more years to come.

Our company was put in a bad situation while working with overdrive when a former dispatcher at the time of accepting the load decided to send another carrier to pick it up without broker consent nor Forum ownership consent. Thanks to the professionalism of Brian Kelley, (the broker with Overdrive) he was able to find out what’s going on and bring to our attention. Needless to say that dispatcher was terminated immediately. Brian doing his job did issue our company a freight guard report to warn other brokers but after a thorough investigation has yet to remove this damning report. He has PAID us for a load that was on hold which we are thankful for and CONTINUES to answer my calls which is a blessing on its own. Undecided about the freight guard report for now, but praying for a CHRISTMAS MIRACLE that Mr Kelley would extend that chance by taking down his report so we start working back to the reputation we worked so hard for prior to this incident. So thank you Mr Kelley, regardless of how you decide to proceed with the Freightguard report. Happy Holidays and God Bless!!!!

I'm disappointed to have to write this review, but I feel it's necessary to address the unprofessional behavior of Lee, who has consistently failed to meet the standards of your company.
I hope Lee takes this feedback seriously and makes a genuine effort to improve their behavior and work ethic.
