Picked up.a load here... lots of warehouse operations here. Many different building/ offices to choose from, but I went straight to where I needed to be. Fast and friendly service as well thanks.

Horrible place to pickup from, regardless of appointment time. Every time I come here it’s at least a 4 hr wait. Associates outside smoking when it is 4 trailers to the dock. Driver before me been here since 8:15am and he still haven’t gotten loaded and it’s 1:48. I’ve been here since 10:19am and it’s 1:48 and I haven’t been touched either. Someone needs to manage these workers because it’s obvious they don’t care.

Wait times are 2½ plus hours, loaded with the wrong product and was 1 hour down the road, turned around and now they are saying it's going to be at least 2 more hours. Guys that check you in are very rude and immature, (making very inappropriate comments about women). Truckers stay away from this place if at all possible. And if you are loaded and driving already don't answer 912 area code number, as you are likely loaded with the wrong product. Just deliver what you have and let them figure out what to do with it. Maybe corporate will get involved and fix these issues. Building 11

Outsource Logistics Old Louisville Rd. 5250 bldg 23 Pooler, GA
Today 1-3-2022 I arrived 10:20 to pick up a load. It took them to load my truck 5 hours and 10 min. When they finished loading I was told to wait about 30 min to get the BOL. After 35 min waiting I still do not have the BOL. I waisted entire day.
I do not recommend anybody this place and this company. This place is horrible.

Took 7 hours to load but when they did started loading us it only took a hour smh. Do better.
